Back at work. Aka watching for emails all day. But I can't respond because IT has my computer jacked up and won't reply to my ticket. Day 2 with escalation by everyone.

I literally just placed an order for these. I like to have them on hand for houseguests.

First day back to work after almost 6 weeks off. Compression shorts and over size shirt. I did put on makeup in case my boss wants to say hello on camera. So far I have only talked to IT.

This is very much how I handle it also kingbob. Looks like I have everything planned but it is very flexible unless reservations are required in advance. And then it is usually only one reservation per day max.

I don't wing accommodations but other than that an itinerary was useless with my 4 kids. I could make a list of things we may want to see and they would decide white water rafting/kayaking/hiking was so fun they wanted to do it 3 days in a row  This may or may not have happened multiple times. I also research restaurants of different types because I don't want to eat somewhere mediocre if there is one with better reviews a little further. And they have also randomly decided they wanted Mexican food or the like in a strange city.i do also like to try local favorites or regional specialties. So not necessarily an itinerary but definitely some preliminary review of activity availability and restaurant proximity is done.
