I rarely feed my kids fast food but when I do I have three kids so it is easily $60 for a family of five. the girls always want some special drink that by itself cost 5-7 bucks each. its cheaper for me to bring them to Chilis or a local sandwich shop than fast food

That’s about my recollection too. Great book but it’s been at least 20 years since I read it.
it was a great book with a wealth of information. The irony for me is I lost the book during the 2016 flood

People need to get bullied. I am not talking about getting the shite beat out of them, but doing it to some degree helps people like this in the long run.
