They did, it’s hypocrisy and we have seen similar plays by lots of other players similar to the Balogun situation who didn’t even get a card at all.

Yup
NCAA clearing house,Visa situation etc. some of the visas can take quite a bit of time. She is still expected to be on the team this coming season.
There have been many international players over last few years that didn’t get announced until July/August time.
