something that made me sus was when the clean cut ems/firefighter guy said he got to work 2hrs early.... then went on this call im thinking he knew what he was getting into. Maybe asked to go in knowing this wud come in. Ive never been 2 hrs early, and if I was. I sure wouldnt head out for free....

Same as MWP.... was stuck in a hospital room for 3 weeks. Free flow oxygen on 45 twenty four / seven. I kept asking when I could go home. no visitors allowed. One day a nurse comes in and asks me if im a religious person and if I wanted last rights. Never hit me until then that I wasnt leaving the room. Too many holes in my lungs. Hearing that must have turned on fight or flight inside. God is good

just being objective, I havent seen a house for sale in the $200k range in a looooong time (maybe a trailer). If a house is in the $300k range, it needs a complete refurb (maybe hole in roof/ mold issue). But I live in the northeast. I've made a few mistakes in RE and feel for the next generation because they dont "settle".
