I went to a wedding and was seated next to a Jewish gentleman at my table. After the money dance started, when it was his turn, he pinned a 20 on the bride, then he took a 10 off and returned to his seat.

Worked a reception and an outdoor wedding in downtown Tuscaloosa. Less than 90 seconds before the bride walked down the aisle, trans am pulls out of a space across the street blaring, and I mean blaring, There’s Gonna Be a Heartache Tonight. Never found out if it was a disgruntled former lover or just a hell of a coincidence. Bride missed it but rest of the wedding party heard it loud and proud.

The whole thing was literally just an attempt at as much edge as possible to the point where it felt like a skit.
Forgot to mention it was also in a shitty part of downtown Shreveport that kinda doubles as an overnight train depot apparently. We left to find we were blocked from our cars by a parked train..which we had to climb on and across the walkway of in a suit and dress to get the frick outta there.

Was at a wedding where the future brother in law had his jacket off, backed into a candle and his shirt caught on fire.

My nine year old son, at the time, ripped a slow deep long and loud fart on a wooden pew during my nephews wedding. My son acted like nothing happened, kept his eyes forward the whole time and never cracked a smile.

My wife's nephew whole wedding was something out of reality TV.
These people did not have much money so I dont want to trash them for that but it will probably sound like it.
Rolled up on the wedding at a Church of Christ and all my in-laws were chugging beers before they went in and already several empties on the ground.
The church was very small, maybe 8 rows of pews. When the wedding started somebody reached over and hit the play button on the boom box and wedding march came on by some country band.
The Groomsmen and Bridesmaids every one had bad visible tats. Couple of the guys sported neck tats and the women were in strapless gowns with shoulder tats. I would say out of 8 maids and grooms at least 6 were chewing gum during the vows.
At the reception I was standing in the American Legion Hall and the back doors swung open and about 8 guys started dragging a pirogue full of ice and beer in like Egyptian slaves building the pyramids. When they got it where they wanted I asked them why they didnt bring in the pirogue and fill it with ice and beer insidet the hall and they looked at me like I was a Martian.
The good news is the Bride and Groom are still married and doing well. Both are good young people.
