Also, I never use the term African American. I just cannot do it. I can identify someone as a black American or black person, black man, black woman, black child, whatever, same with white people, but not AA.

It should be noted that Rep Tom Kean NJ. did not vote because his sorry arse has disappeared since March due to an "undisclosed" health issue. He has missed over 100 votes. Tom Kean will probably be fired in the upcoming election because he does not show up to work, and will be replace by a D. He is a FPOS.

It will pass the senate thanks to Tillis, Cassidy, Murkowski, Collins, Paul, and probably Coryn, You are correct, it is meaningless because it will be vetoed by President Trump.

Chuck, you have no debt? Nothing, mortgage (which may be true if you rent), credit card, car payment? Pay day loan, student loan? I don't expect an honest answer, but .. well that's my expectation from a liberal.

Agree. I don't mind helping my kids but there are limits. If they were 5 or 10k short for a down payment to keep from paying PMI I have no problem, but over that then the kid cannot afford the purchase. They need to live within their means.
