I noticed it had a big runup today. Could just be a short squeeze. Earnings at the end of the month.
But the bigger observation I had was the mult-year cup and handle forming since the IPO. Breakout watch in the $80~$90 range?

This is the biggest problem with small caps: secondary offerings. Stock shoots up and then the Board issues more shares to capture the gains at the existing shareholders expense.
I’ve posted here before asking if anyone has developed a system for identifying a company prime for a secondary, especially if they are growing but not yet profitable (i.e. need more cash for ops). Like, if cash on-hand falls below a certain ratio of quarterly expense, expect a secondary offering soon.
I can still talk to my mom and dad. We chat almost daily.
