The ingredients are pretty cheap and easily prepared compared to most other cuisine and they can make a million different dishes with the same 5-10 ingredients. People love TexMex and they love margaritas. I’m not surprised at all that they are everywhere.

When Mexicans show up, they do the thing they know best, cooking mexican food. Plus, its cheap as frick to make. Margins are high

I have had river catfish from at least 3 different restaurants but it’s been several years, they came from Red River and Big Cypress in east Texas, they were good. I know a commercial fisherman that sells hundreds of pounds a month from Red River but only sells them live and I don’t care to have to dress them.

Most catfish restaurants that I visited only had farm raised.
However I went to this catfish shack in Dewitt, Arkansas. I was given two options, farm raised or river caught? I said which is better? She said river caught.
So I tried river caught for the first time and I thought it was very good.

I was watching something on the MS river and a biologist was saying how under fished the catfish is in the river. It can stand large scale commercial fishing but there just isn't any.
I guess the biggest issue is finding a processor and market.
I would think a entrepreneurial fella could land enough contracts between local groceries and restaurants to start a processing outfit. The cost of catching then is actually not that expensive from what I have seen. Especially compared to the farm raised method.

This. You won’t own a car, you’ll just summon them like a driverless uber.

3D printing along with AI and quantum computing is gonna help and wipe out alot of industry's on the coming years. Way down the road but its happening.
This country is gonna see some dark days coming for the next generation unless we make some major changes. I dont see it happening though.
Its actually closer to over 126 countries with Brics leading the way. Our own.allies are denouncing the dollar. Chinas 50 year plan to collapse our economy and take us out without firing one missile had been underway for a long, long, long time.

He tried to make it so expensive to do business overseas that we bought and started to build shite on ohr own soil again. We got fat and.lazy and we depend on way to.many other countries nowadays.
