I’m surprised no one here has mentioned the AI bubble.
At some point these companies forking out millions/billions on data centers are going to want to see a return on investment. Grandma is going to stop sending AI generated cat memes when they cost real money. Some companies have even started rehiring the employees they fired and replaced with AI. Combine this with the world deglobalizing (ie the disintegration of the fragile supply lines that produce the chips that make AI possible in the first place) and it’s a great recipe for the bottom falling out. Whether or not this will come to fruition, it’s going to be an interesting ride, to say the least.

Expanding on the RV take, I will add all those other recreational vehicles. Drove by a place that sells side by sides yesterday and the amount of inventory on hand is insane. No idea how they are going to move that many units.
Also, add boats to the list. Boat prices are ridiculous. Only thing I'd say is that local boat dealers don't seem to be sitting on the inventory that RV and ATV dealers are sitting on. So maybe the boat builders are set up for a collapse?

This is just pure speculation on my part but something like this is the only way I can see how these places just keep opening and staying open at the rates they while other restaurants seem to struggle.

I hope so. Not because I want boats and RVs to be cheap, but I want there to be some level of quality control in what they are pumping out.

I bought it used and well under market value. Think I’ll do fine. Even if I take 7500, it cost me 2k for college living expenses for a year
