The Frontier and Titans were pretty damn reliable. I would say outside the previous version of the Tundra with the 5.7 the most reliable on the market.

What are the laws around physically intervening to stop a crime? You see someone steal a wallet or purse, can you cold clock them or body slam them without catching a charge?

I don't know about this specific project. But all you have to do is drive by the most recent sections and look at the dividing wall to know that the concrete provider was slinging serious kickbacks.

This is by and large a targeted attack on China first, to try and land crippling blow while they are weak.

2nd, to even out trade imbalances and bring critical, national security production back to the US.
