What disappointing is that many of the loyal LSU players are getting paid less than the transfers and some of the HS guys. This is the new world/ Wild West.
I’m not against the pay, just need some guardrails and limits.

Wait up Salmon, my daughter was at your house today? LOL
Seriously, being a parent is like nothing else in the world. Be prepared to bring them up with the highest of morals and virtues and love. You will not regret it.

I would love to see some coherent opinions / rational for putting Yorke in for that last at bat? Honestly, wtf?

It was the disguised white towel...

Why would he risk his career to get the same pay he's getting starting out MLB career or even just slightly more at LSU?

Regarding Milam...
Yes, but the caveat that I've heard is that if he hangs around, then next draft, he can start in a higher A league than he would if he went in this draft. I want whatever is best for him. He's given LSU a lot. If it works out that he comes back, that would be awesome. I think he only stands to increase his batting average and plate discipline more.

Milam's mama has been posting left and right on how it was fun to be at LSU and how he is moving on

That is until she see's that LSU NIL money is equal to or better than MLB slot value. She'll change her mind, then he'll change his.

I expect this out of 9 year old travel ball parents,

But that's how it started just a few short years earlier than this....

FWIW - I thought that was Jake Brown as the security guard yellow vest..

My comment was towards your assertion that the recommendation is "more than most people's bodies will allow."

Maybe you'e right. I don’t think that's true, but if it is, and the majority of humanity is literally physically incapable of a two hour walk, then frick everything. We’re done.

All good. What I was referring to mostly was that this rec is for ~2 hrs/day. While I believe that, the other thing is that it's more of a time thing.

re: RIP Schlitz beer

I got 2 Schlitz stories:
1-My grandpa used to drink the 6 oz. version ponies. My grandma never let him buy more than an 8 pack at one time. My brother and I always wanted to steal one but he always knew how many he had in the fridge.
2-Later in life at our hunting camp, our camp leader only drank Schlitz. Main reason was that no one would drink his beer because it tasted so bad.
Maybe they’ll allow an option to use the traditional version. Sort of like outlook does.

Bro, if you don’t want to do it or physically can’t, fine.

Bro, I'm not telling people what they can or can't do. I'm over 50. My office is on the 4th floor of an office building and I take the stairs up and down multiple times a day. I always said that I'm not handicap and I will take the stairs instead of the elevator. As for running, it's definitely a lot harder that just 10 years ago. My knees and shins can't take much more than one mile at a time, so brisk walking for me mostly.
That's more than like 90% are willing to do, including me, and also more than what most people's bodies would allow.
Many moons ago, I won $50 off a $5 scratch off.
I've won like $3 a few times on Louisiana Lotto.
The plan was Schmidt last night. Given the situation, it worked out last night. I'm optimistic enough to think we can hold the rope for one more game, but if Schmidt doesn't pitch in this tournament, like CJJ eluded to last night, it's gonna be rough. Not getting to far ahead though. One game at a time. No need to look any further than that.
LFG Tigers!

Impressive moves honestly

Actually, they're not!

Cool story bro. You clearly have never heard of IEP, 504, ILT, SLT, PLC, OCR, MDR.
Those didn’t exist in that time.

Nope, sure haven't. I'm not BabyTac rich, but I hold my own.

Be careful, you’re talking awareness, common sense, and emotional intelligence here. It’s kind of rare, just saying! :rotflmao:
Tenn vs. SC game. Most of the challenges were upheld. HP Ump doing a bang up job back there.
It's because they didn't have the foresight to do knowing the rules of the game. WW is almost in a mandatory situation to create something out of nothing. I mean, he only had 1 remaining player to work with.
Haters gonna hate! :doublebird:
Could it be Jay just playing 4D chess?
