Which US president would you pick to have your back in a bar fight? No guns, no knives- just brawling and using whatever you could get your hands on in the moment.

Note: Your selection can be that particular president at any age in his life, not just when he was in office.

Gerald Ford or Dwight Eisenhower

Both were college football players

Or Grant.....because he was too stubborn to ever give up or concede a fight.

One of our Louisiana Cajun presidents, of course.

Hebert Hoover, Harry S. Trahan, or Boudreaux Wilson

Any answer that isn't Andrew Jackson is... ill informed.

Andrew Jackson once threatened a very large armed force that if they attempted to quit, he would kill each and every one of them. They stayed.

He was shot in a duel, reloaded, and killed his opponent.

Someone attempted to assassinate him, he beat his would be assassin nearly to death with his cane, he was quite elderly at the time.

What douche canoe moved this to the poliboard... I don't post here with these wack jobs.
