Happens all over. Filtering Spencer Pratt i learned there was a property owner selling a property for $14m. But it was bought for $27m by a non profit the owner was on the board of.
Also locally in Kenner The last administration paid $1.5m for a lot in university city valued at $300k tops.

I like the Kenner location as it's a drive thru. The best looking inside is the Uptown one on Carrolton. They have everything under glass with a magnifying lens. So you can look at the strain first.

I was in Rome in a hot October and they wouldn't turn the ac on during the day. It was rough went to a store and bought fans.
There is a real problem in the black community with showing off. They will spend every dollar making people think they are well off. I know a guy working at Rouses who has a Hellcat he pays $1400 a month for before insurance.

I didn't think it was bad. But it felt like a extra long filler episode of the show. It was like season one where the point was to collect a bounty. Something comes up and then someone associated with the bounty becomes the antagonist.
It was not bad. The only people ITT saying it's bad are the ones who never really watch movies, yet spend hours a day posting about movies they haven't seen. But it wasn't good either. It was fun. It was better than the sequels (low bar). It would have been a great season of the D+ show.
As a movie it'll be forgotten in a few years.
I remember waiting on line for hours for Phantom Menace. Being excited for months for Force Awakens. Now I barely care about Star Wars. Disney really messed it up.
Still I'll never understand watching YouTube reviews and then acting like an expert in a film you haven't seen.
