re: NOLA ranked best place to eat in the WORLD!
Posted by Napoleon on 3/15/25 at 10:56 am
Mexican is all over. We just don't have southern Mexican but that's rare anywhere. We have high end Mexican and street taco Mexican. That new place in the bywater is amazing. ACAMAYA check them out.
Bbq we have it but not next level. We've had good bbq but the pitmasters move on and can't keep up the quality.
I eat Thai once a week. I actively had tried to try every place. I've only been to a little over A DOZEN. vietnamese is OVER REPRESENTED in New Orleans. Likely one of the most popular cuisines.

It's likely deeper than that. Sure she got ugly. But most of our women got fat on us. Most guys aren't that superficial. I know if i loved someone i wouldn't give up on them for just looks.

That Ground Pati on David relocated to kenner on Williams.

Honestly, Roatan is a wonderful place. Quick hop from any airport to Roatan. Then a nice resort and dive/snorkel stay. Though i prefer Isla Mujeres and Carategna's area islands.
re: Napoleon has to be the most interesting figure in history.
Posted by Napoleon on 3/11/25 at 10:17 am
Thank you thank you. You are too kind.
Napoleon the military leader is one of the most interesting. Mostly because he should have never had anything he achieved. He wasn't even French.
He was a no body who rose to be the leader of french replacing the king with an empire. Sure he over extended. Sure he screwed up with waterloo.
But he started from the bottom and became emperorer and very few in history have achieved so much.
I also agree that Robert E Lee was an interesting figure. But he over came a lot less. The most evil men in the last century all had interesting lives too.
How a drug addicted Austrian almost took over the world is amazing. Like napoleon he caused much suffering. Though napoleon like other beloved conquerors like G Khan are remebered fondly.
Even though they killed millions.
Jesus is likely the most inspiring figure with billions looking up to him for guidance over 2000 years.
But then half the world would say mohammed and i don't find his tales as interesting.
Oh and my being a downright arse too my ex only cost me a vehicle and 2 cats. She paid for the actual divorce. She is now engaged to a guy 10 years older, fatter and balder than me with 3 ex wives. So my confidence is thru the roof as every mutual female friend points this out when they tell me.

re: Kenmore Washing machine not spinning with load of clothes

The brake clutch assembly. Common fail item. Cheap to fix. Not too hard. Just drop the transmission. And the clutch and springs are above it. If the brake slips it wont spin.
re: Looking for Rouses crawfish review

I made a wash tub out of a large rubbeemade storage container. I put a bung on it so i could run a hose into it. It fills with water and drains. Dead crawfish float out. Works great and cleans them. Then i still salt purge right before i cook. I know it's 50:50 if i should or shouldn't but i think it forces them to clean out their guts.
re: In NYC, how to get started on subway
Posted by Napoleon on 3/9/25 at 8:48 am
Giggle maps.
Also look at the subway maps. Many stations have tunnels that connect two underground stations these tunnels are black lines in map. This helps in times square for sure.
I always start in heels kitchen and walk to the subway from there
You can get anywhere on the trains and Google maps will tell you which trains to take and what time to leave.
And everyone already has that ap

Go to YouTube and look up diagnostics. These machines will tell you exactly what is wrong with them.
re: Louisiana's execution protocol unsealed. New detailed plans to use nitrogen gas released.
Posted by Napoleon on 3/7/25 at 12:38 pm
I'm all for this. Nitrogen is almost free. The cocktail to kill was way too much as used. Though i say just shoot them all up with a solid gram of fentanyl.

Its stupid simple.
Go to Good canna now . Com. Then enter information.
In about 15 minutes that call you ask a few BS questions then approve you.
In less than an hour you'll be able to go buy and it's now free. I used to pay $100 a year.

I flew Spirit to Fort Laudedale last year and two people in the plane broke out crab legs and more than that had wings. In bringing food next time.

I like eating beef on Fridays this time of year. Should be discounted for those that don't let religion dictate diet. But hey at least it's not as crazy os kosher or halal requirements.
