I’m becoming more of a wheated fan. Mostly on the higher proofs.
I recently bought that bottle as well and it’s fantastic. I’m saving it for the beach next month but I may just have to go buy another bottle.

Yes. They are doing great work in Kiln. Cut above is solid. The double oak single barrel is fantastic.

Elon Musk needs to make a smart phone. One better and cheaper than iPhone.

Can you imagine the left having to buy one because of how great and cheap they are. Wow that would be awesome

I’m no expert on reviewing but I know what I like and why I like.

I picked up a new bottle of Old Forester Single Barrel barrel strength last week

This new bottle is 133.1 proof -warehouse I - floor 8

I put it up blindly against my almost empty older bottle (about a year) 130.5 proof - warehouse K - floor 6

The 130.5 proof is only a few proof points lower than the other but it is been open for a good year or slightly more.

The 130.5 warehouse K was a noticeably different and better. Richer smoother creamier way more flavor

I know warehouses and floors can make a difference but I’m really hoping just letting this sit for some time will result in the same. I do remember when opening that 130.5 for the first time, its heat took over the flavors. I guess time will tell.
