What I witnessed once was that the rouses guy that made the sausage did what he wanted inside the rouses guidelines. I went to high school with the guy and this was 25 years after HS. He kids did what he wanted meaning each rouses may have been a bit different

I like pouring different pours when I want to have a few. Can really taste the differences then. The KC cask strength rouses pick I have is really funky in that peanut style that at first is odd but brings me back for more. Very distinctive style
