re: Virtual staging used in home listings is very dishonest

We’ve done both ways. It helps the potential buyer view or picture how their potential furniture etc will work in the property.
The house we sold in Baton Rouge one bedroom we virtually staged the rest of property we used our furniture.
We did use a professional stager to help with moving furniture around etc.
Property went under contract in 2 days.
Landscaping and pool helped as well.

re: Predict total number of losses for this baseball team

I think win the sec regular season 20-21 wins is usually the average
Either vandy or Tenn set the regular season win record at something like 25 wins. But I don’t think that team won a NC.
A lot can happen in 30 games. I’ll be ready when the sec starts.

I worked in a warehouse in college. I tried to call in saying I lost my voice, I had a final exam the next day.
Boss said you don’t need to talk to hump boxes all night.

I do it in my shoulders. I used to do it in my legs but it ached too much afterwards.
FWIW I use two different gauge needles.
A larger one to withdraw and a smaller one to inject.
