Ford's Scorpion diesel engine program has been way ahead of the competition since they came out with it in 2011. Quiet and efficient, and more powerful.

Ford.

GM
Ram.
That's a debatable point.

I like the F-250 b/c of the better brakes and cooling capitacity over a half-ton, and the unloaded ride.

350's have all that, but they ride like shite unloaded.

3/4 tons definitely have a place in the market.

That said, if was heavy towing daily, I'd be in a 350/450.
Plus, it doesn't try to kill ypu on every corner exit.

Or, at least get your attention.

2nd string always practices harder.

Remember that.
Ford.

6.7 is the best diesel running today.
Love the S2000s.

Would not recommend to OP, and you know why.
I seriously doubt there's any significant language that would require the vendor to replace the carpet.

This was a contract that was likely let by local yokels on a LPTA basis.

No one thought to question why they got 2 bids in competitive range, and one bid significantly lower than the other two?

So, of course you go with the lowest bid from a company 1500 miles away...

What could go wrong?

I always thought it wax "Popp's".

Ran there a good bit, loved a cute little nurse from around there once.

No, twice...

6.7 Scorpion diesel.

Nothing else is close.

The 6.2 GM engine was bulletproof before GM throughly jacked it up.

The Ford 300 c.i. Six was awesome, as well.
Now the taxpayers get to pay for it be removed, the surface cleaned, and the proper carpet to be installed. 2X+ the original high bid.

Procurement personnel rival HR for ineptitude.

LSU was never quite SMU, but it was in the discussion.

Now, it is in a different discussion entirely.
That's what I recall.

Don't remember seeing one in-person.

Can't imagine it had the cowl shake of my C4 Corvette.
Yep.

If any car needed something cool, it was the Camry.
Yeah, I don't remember a Supra convertible, but I don't drive Asian vehicles, so I don't keep with them.

NTTAWWT.

ETA: poor spelling, big fingers
Batin Rudge, woke administration, and non-existent admission standards have all conspired to make LSU what is now.

It is heartbreaking.

Merry Christmas GMTers.

Installing new sound system in the garage today, then more building of things.

Musta been John Voight, DDS...
