Already ahead of ya, buddy. Been here since 1130 am.
Do you consider the apple fritter a donut?
Posted by ClientNumber9 on 7/2/26 at 6:03 pm
It's an interesting debate. On one hand, it's fried dough with a glaze so it's a donut and available in almost every donut shop. But on the other, it's certainly not round with a hole, and many apple fritters have small chunks of apple filling in them- not a donut characteristic.
Thoughts?

The Lakers were my favorite team as a kid during Magic era, then again during Shaq era, but I turned into a hater after the Shaq/Kobe split.
I sort of rooted for Lebron during 1st Cavs stint and again during Cavs championship run. I pulled against the Heat big time.
I briefly considered pulling for Lakers when he joined the stacked West because it seemed brave of him to mentor a really talented but young roster. Then he threw his teammates under the bus publicly and orchestrated the fraudulent trade for AD. I’ve been a hater since even though I appreciate his talent.
I might sort of root for the Lakers again now
Peak NBA fandom right here. It's why you're not a serious person.

Honestly? It's this easy:
Democrats see anyone brown and immediately ascribe virtuous victimhood to them. That's it.

Having friends to discuss this with IRL seems like a better option.

Your Petition—filed three business days before the deadline, without any supporting information or documentation, and only after abandoning your recent litigation efforts to avoid NCAA sanctions—does not provide a basis for the League to alter those plans. The issues presented by your Petition are too significant, and too closely tied to the League’s core integrity interests, to permit meaningful review within the timeline presented.
This is how you napalm someone's arse in grownup talk.

When are you ppl going to quit blaming the NCAA? Breaking away from the NCAA or shutting it down won’t solve the issues. The NCAA was not a perfect organization but it is the body created by the Universities to govern athletics and it worked ( not perfectly) for years. Until everyone started running to a local bought off or self serving judge who would circumvent rules that have been place for years. Crooked judges is the biggest issue not the NCAA
fricking preach, man. Every time a judge does something boneheaded, somehow the NCAA gets blamed for it.

frick this. I'm so sick of this shite. It's called insurance or planning ahead. Why is it socially acceptable for people to become absolute beggars when life happens? Starting a GoFundMe should be embarrassing and society should shun these people.
