Nick Saban was the most underpaid employee in the state of Alabama when you look at the donations to the school, out of state applications, building construction funds, etc he brought to Tuscaloosa.

With no direct outlay by schools and a potential windfall on the horizon, there is no incentive for universities or official organizations to "rein it in". It's going to be the Wild West for a while.
