I am perfectly okay with this.

They had their chance to have 3 black jurors but they basically disqualified themselves because they admitted they would have trouble convicting a black person.

The facts on how the matter escalated are more complicated than that. He and they had no such authority. They are also apparent in the statements that seek to deputize Metcalf and other kids with authority to remove Anthony. They had none and initiated the conflict. That does not mean they should have been killed but it means they have explaining to do.
Well, if Anthony hadn't decided to murder him he could give his side of the story.

They think they want a country being run by AOC, but they will never understand how bad that world would be. And they never will until they see it.
There are white male posters on this board who advocate for those very things.

An entire tent full of hus peers saw him murder Metcalf and testified to such at hus trial.
Imagine trying to find 12 of Anthony's peers as this tard defines it. Half the jury would have outstanding warrants.

My point is that the goal posts haven’t just shifted. This has been a complaint for a very long time. It’s absurd to think that only a jury of people that have the same skin color can be impartial towards a defendant. During the trial for the police officers the venue was shifted to Simi Valley (which predominantly white) and people flipped the hell out saying that it was rigged for the defense.

Right to a black jury would only be possible under a strictly segregated society.
It would take an almost unbelievable shift in the collective conscious for that to be possible.
I would very much like our right to freedom of association to be restored!
That means freedom to exclude people.

I only know about this case and trial from here, but my take is that it has been racially charged with opinions split along racial lines for white and black. Given that, not having black jurors likely did put him at a disadvantage.
I think those are two facts that everyone agrees upon. Where the split happens again is whether having black jurors would have resulted in a proper verdict. Whites say no, blacks yes. It's all so fascinating.

Can you elaborate? Please do be as absolutely specific as possible. Why would this put him at a disadvantage? Why would the racial makeup change the outcome?
Facts are colorblind.

Jurors were aware of this case and had already started forming opinions pre-trial. They each come in with their own life experiences and biases. And juries don't deal with "facts", they deal with evidence because not all facts are evidence and vice versa.
