The Constitution didn’t have to say “rights are for whites only” for the legal system to operate in the interests of white people. Enslaved people existed when it was written. Women couldn’t vote. Do you dispute any of that?

But we don't live in those times we live in the present where everyone has equal rights. Karmelo Anthony's jury was not all white and actually had 6 minorities on it plus numerous witnesses were black. The facts presented by both prosecutor and defense witnesses made finding him guilty pretty easy . Instead of your white bias theory your common sense should easily understand he was guilty. To blame it on anything else is just race baiting
