Costco has both the rye and straight distiller's select for $99/ea up here. Double-double oaked is $169

Not crazy about the two distillers select but that double-double oaked just dances on my tongue and makes me want to single sound of music.

For a dollar? Not that bad honestly if it locks.

Honestly for a dollar I'd keep one on retainer as a bug out spot if some of my... Personal endeavours... started to crash around me.

You good? I had to hop in the shower and missed it try to spin back up.

Yeah, it fizzled out. That tornado warning was triggered by a spotter calling in rotation. 50/50 he or she was trolling.

There's another big line moving through in an few hours with a front that could go rogue but it doesn't look like anything scary.

Hopefully those folks north of North Judson and Knox are alright. It's rural AF out there
And the tornado sirens are back. Spotter called in rotation down by Potato Creek State Park

They also said it was Iranian missile that hit that school too

I'd be happier if we'd stop acting stupid and just acknowledge it.

Looking a lot better for you right now.

Agreed. I've got a little home weather station and winds are gusting around 45mph outside right now but this cell is pretty clearly falling apart.

I am nervous about the front moving in in a few hours though. The good news is that this cell is going to suck a lot of energy out of the atmosphere

Why would the US bomb oil facilities when I've been told that oil is the entire backroom predication for the war?

Who knows what's true or not but I did read a few days ago that it's the Israeli's who are bombing the oil infrastructure, and the US government isn't thrilled about it.
Pretty sure you can fly from Tel Aviv to London then hop to New York without passing any of those countries.
frick these sirens are nerve wracking
I just tested it and it works for me. Try just going to WNDU.com and the luve stream is the headline story
Yeah, it's expanded to our county and the sirens are going off.
WNDU has footage of the North Judson/Knox tornado they are going to show in a few minutes if you wanna watch that link.
Every spring we get at least one storm like this, it's usually 70 or 80 mph straight line winds though, not tornado threats.
Whelp, girls are down here on their own crying scared.
Thanks. It's likely a good half hour away still but things are starting to pick up some outside. That Edwardsburg tornado a few days ago was just 3 or 4 miles north of us. Killed a 12 year old boy.

Kids are sleeping upstairs still. I'm debating waking them up and heading down to the basement or waiting to see if it starts to track north at all.
WNDU has the best coverage right now locally. They stream online if you wanna tune in. They are freaking out

PDS warning for North Judson, IN and 2.5 inch hail

I live about half an hour or 45 minutes away in Granger, IN. This cell's gonna pass either right over us or a mile or two south.

We're watching the local broadcast pretty intently.

This and the fact that a mainline Mario hasn't been announced has kept me from getting the Switch 2.

If we're gonna bring other properties into the thread then by all means, let's pile on.

The new Pokemon game looks absolutely horrible, graphically. This is fricking N64 level bad.
The problem is obtuse idiots like the OP who are so emotionally compromised that they are unable to comprehend that you can be critical of something without "rooting to fail". It's the same kind of weak mental hoops that make anyone who is vaguely, remotely critical of Israel to be branded as an evil, anti-Semitic jew hater.

It's pretty low IQ to view every subject in the world as black/white, us versus them, you are 100% aligned with me or your are the ENEMY.
I think the corporate world is starting to learn that while they are slowly increasing in use, modern LLMs are far from intelligence and cannot be depended on for anything more than assisting humans.

That will change one day and the LLMs will evolve into actual AI that can replace humans at scale, but that day is a lot further in the future than what tech bros like to advertise and what executives have been buying into. They are starting to see the reality of it.
