I would prepare a nice motion for the court to consider
It would be called government response to court judicial order and request for court to effect compliance
The body of the motion/response would be to request judge to go to El Salvador and round up all of the individuals himself that he wishes to bring back and that the government would provide an airplane for him and whoever he wants to bring to go to El Salvador.

I am not sure but these actions appear to go way beyond government immunity into intentional misconduct - very compelling arguments

I am, admittedly, not a criminal lawyer
However if I go to the court and say I need a search warrant because I think a gun that committed the murder was on the property would that not be the probable cause to issue the search warrant
Then if the gun is found on the property that would be probable cause for an arrest
If I am wrong on this and there are other criminal attorneys that can enlighten me but if I lied about the opportunity to search the property that seems to be a big deal to me
