Tennessee is keeping a game-day promotion that started because of President Donald Trump’s visit to Neyland Stadium last weekend.

With Trump attending Saturday’s game against Texas, Tennessee encouraged fans to arrive much earlier than usual because of increased security and screening around the stadium. As part of that effort, Neyland opened early and offered half-priced concessions during the first hour.

The promotion apparently went over well.

Tennessee athletic director Danny White announced Wednesday that “Happy Hour at Neyland Stadium” will now continue for the remainder of the season.

“Should we make it a thing? Feels like we should make it a thing,” White wrote on X.

For Tennessee’s remaining home games, gates will open three hours before kickoff, with half-priced concessions available during the first hour.

“Inspired by Vol Nation’s incredible response to unusual pregame circumstances last week, Happy Hour at Neyland Stadium will be in effect for the remainder of the season!” White wrote.
