In general cities are either growing or in decline. It’s hard to stay stagnant and not be in decline. Affluent neighborhoods and cities are the exception. Everywhere else can be bettered by infill.
If true, we have only a few people equipped to deal with this.

They were baiting him to lie so that would have also brought him down. They had a tape of him saying it in his mid-30's as an LAPD officer.
Other police officers, his girlfriend and people that watched the trial.
He "found" almost all the evidence, was known to be openly racist, and served during a period where LAPD was known to be very corrupt.
It's not even on whitehouse.gov. Copilot traced it back to a couple of YouTube channels that consistently have fake titles like this.
Hollywood has a long history of these shenanigans but it's historically been Northern Europeans playing Asians (Charlie Chan), Africans (10 commandments, Noah?), American Indians (old westerns), middle east Asians (most Christian movies), on and on. Yet there were very few complaints.
I’m not so sure about that. The 90’s had Rodney King and a huge riot in LA. Profiling was rampant throughout the US. The OJ verdict split black and white America.
They did change it though from Muslim only to modest dress required before he canceled it.
Becerra was terrible in the debate and offered no evidence that he could get the state moving in the right direction. So yes of course he will be the next governor.
They have a public website offering to rent to anyone. I wonder if they’ve rented to any Christian churches in the past and if Abbott only has a problem if they rent to Muslims? LINK
I don’t think that they get reassigned to other schools, they get paid to stay at home and do nothing.

They used to make them report to a “teacher jail” where they just sat all day and did nothing but it got overcrowded since some were there for years, so they thought that it would be better economically to pay them to stay home.

I'm going to have to vote for one of them. Probably the immigrant.

Anyone that was at least a casual fan at some point in their life would really enjoy it because it reinforces all of your positive opinions. Anyone that dislikes him or his music probably wouldn’t because it does nothing to address very serious accusations.

If you couldn’t care less about MJ, you’d most likely find it enjoyable and like him more than you did before watching the movie. Probably why critics hate it.
And these were the people that were allowed to vote? Sad commentary on American history.

It was really good. Maybe the best movie that I’ve seen in over a year.

I was mistaken. JPL is located on property that Caltech created for students to work on rocketry but it’s no longer owned by Caltech but it is still managed by them.

I don’t have any data on their interns but JPL’s website has criteria for the types of internships and selection criteria. It doesn’t appear to be super selective and lists having a minimum 3.0 GPA as a requirement.

That's a valid point but 50% of Chinese medical school graduates return to China to practice. Having them replace Americans probably hurts more.

Very unlikely that Asians could total 50% if DEI were eliminated. Black and Hispanic medical students only total 20% combined, so if their numbers were completely eliminated, you'd think that at least half would go to whites.

JPL is on Caltech's campus. They have lots of students interning/assisting with relatively minor tasks. I don't know how it works but you see them when they have their annual open house. They're not all rocket scientists, at least not yet!

Also it appears that he received that internship as a freshman and we don't know what his GPA was then.
