Exactly. Trump focused on Jewish issues and didn’t focus on deporting anti whites. Governor Abbot imported my families replacement. frick Texas.

Getting Texas back is not going to be easy going forward for Republicans.

If the Democrats do what Democrats do, it will be a one term blue state. Open borders, catch and release, and more taxes will not fly in Texas. If the nose goes hard left it's going to be bad for four years and voters will gladly get rid of them for another 30 years.

You can bring in out of state liberals but you cannot erase the straight talking, Bible belt Democrats that have no place for the far left. The saying, "you don't know what you had until you no longer have it", will be here in 4 years.

Apparently, after 30 plus years of Republican rule, even Texans start to think that maybe those guys aren't the going to solve their problems

Texas' biggest problem is illegal immigration. That's a problem caused by democrats.

Texas is a top 5 state economically and in growth. And democrats have a habit of chasing away business.

We were told that the biggest issues this election were Iran and the economy. State officials don't have a say over the military, and Texas is one of the most prosperous states.

The other issue always brought up is legal immigration. I don't think I need to tell anyone how democrats feel about all immigration from anyone who isn't white.

So what problems does Texas have that will be fixed by the democrats that were vital enough to disregard economics and immigration?

ICE. 35 point swing with Hispanics.

War with ISD’s. Backing vouchers mobilized teachers.

Abbot and Patrick needlessly fired up a sleeping giant

Quite obvious it was due to Immigration/Immigrants! Texas was never Blue before. Native Texans did not change. Immigrants invaded and overwhelmed, changed the vote.

Quite obvious, every single county in Texas did not go to blue at the same time. Every single office for grabs did not go blue. At the same time, including the railroad commissioner and the comptroller. Get the frick out of here with that.

Being as Bush-era establishment Pubs have given indications time and again they’d just as soon cede any control over to increasingly radical Leftism before ever accepting MAGA, one would have to assume they are content and pleased with themselves.

“If I can’t have it my way, I’ll happily watch it all burn to hell” is the vibe these type of Pubs have consistently given since 2016.

OKLAHOMA we're closed

Was coming here to post about maybe OK being a final destination for a couple of empty nesters. Most of our close family moved to TX over the years and wonders why we're still in LA. Been to OK a few times and was impressed, plus have family there too. SE OK looking pretty good these days.

NC and GA have become purple states over the lat 8 years and the Republicans throw up weak candidates. In NC it was always going to be hard to beat Roy Cooper, he was well liked by the voters and by Republican money guys. GA Senate is lost to the Republicans at this point.

I think NC just skipped the purple phase and just went straight blue. Roy Cooper won by 20 points over a Trump back candidate and the Dems were within 2 points of winning all 14 house seats on a re-gerrymandered map. I still can’t believe Jamie Ager pulled a 16 point win in Western NC

You left off Biden's open borders and the resistance to ICE. No telling how many of the illegals voted with the help of the demoncratic party.

It's really starting to look like Texas' electoral votes will increase AND may be a game changer for a democratic presidential candidate. Come on Texas, you can do this!

Just don't move in or around OKC or the south central part of the state if you don't like Tornadoes...That place is a magnet for Tornadoes and most the time they aren't small ones. I lived in Oklahoma City for 7 years, the Spring was never fun there.
