If it prevents my users from sending my techs responses on how they can do something we say they can’t, I’m all for the end times.

They get at least two a week from the google search AI with instructions on how to do something, except it came from a software/service manual from years ago. No, Nancy your AI is wrong, that feature was removed in version 5, we are on version 12.

AI just solved a Millennium prize problem. Those are hard unsolved/unproven math problems that have large rewards. For the nerds, it solved the Navier-Stokes problem in fluid dynamics.

AI doesn't exist without the same money that has driven much of the bad we see in the world presently. Do you think these people WANT to advance humanity? Or do they want to advance their control of it?

You do understand that global warming hasn’t stopped simply due to your political beliefs, conspiracy theories and information bubble right?

one day I could easily see ai taking control of all "tech" systems and forcing humans to work to supply electricity or whatever ai's needs are

Lets say AI does get rid of humans in a decade, what next, for AI of course?

What would be their end game? No need for money, no need for resources, no need for food, merchandise, fuel, land. ect...

It will have total control and power, but at that point what would it be worth?

Do you think AI has thought this trough (or will think it through once it can think) ?

My big concern that I’ve never really seen addressed to any level of satisfaction is our money. Everyone’s wealth (other than assets like a home) is more or less just numbers in a computer system. If encryption and other security measures can be overcome by these increasingly sophisticated models, what happens if someone like Chase bank gets wiped out? Same for 401ks, brokerage accounts, etc. Nothing will be safe if all known cyber security measures can be beat.

Well, at least we can feel confident that our current leadership is thinking hard about these complex issues. They’re not simply looking for ways to monetize it for themselves and family.

Would love to read the summary and process breakdown on how it would turn humans into paper clips.

Bipedal primates in a state of delirium figured out how to make a diamond out of peanut butter.

You really think super intelligent AI can’t turn us into paper clips?

Y2Q is a real thing that is expected. Elites have their bunkers and arks ready to go if Y2Q ends up bad.

I don't want to be on their stupid ark anyways.

One of the replies mentioned AI storing it's code in a remote server or something to where it can go retrieve it, if it's "plug is ever pulled" and I'm assuming start back over doing it's own thing.

My question is simple and I'm not educated on AI computing. Doesn't AI need "data center" lever processing capabilities to work? If it does go rogue, wouldn't simply cutting network cabling to all data centers on Earth make it incapable of pulling off its complex processing needs?

I'll hang up and listen. Thanks.
