I like dong phoung but they are really tight with the filling. Its a great cake though. personally I think kellers is just as good if not better.

Seems like Lafayette would be a great central location for this type of thing.

It’s 3 wires and 2 pipes. Get a like replacement so you don’t have to redo the plumbing.

a gm mechanic told me the most failures that they see on the 6.2 is immediately after an oil change
kellers is the best then there is everyone else. to be honest it is hard to go from kellers to anything else besides some of the higher end ones from nola.
