How much amperage are you needing? Have you looked into solar? It's come a long way and prices are down at the moment.
prob a 200a service, for a small "lake house" but I also want to run aerators for my pond.
nah def not. it tastes really chemically imo. I told the wife to quit buying it. I used to love it when I was a kid but not anymore.

has anyone went thru this recently with one of the local power companies? slemco, cleco, entergy, etc
IM fine with going overhead if its cheaper. waiting for them to go out and survey just mostly interested if anyone has done something similar recently to get an idea of what the price would be.

re: Do women understand that men do not care about their careers. Etc?

Thats crazy because there is a family member on my wife's side who is in his mid-50s and has recently developed severe anxiety and frustration about his state of affairs.
He sidelined family life for decades to focus on building his business and accumulating wealth.
He has recently expressed a desire to find someone, maybe remarry, enjoy his money with a partner, etc.
However, his prospects turn out to be full of women who are only interested in what he has, not who he is. He's very upfront that he wants someone who genuinely cares about him, not his bank account, but most of the women in his age range and above his perceived "status" who show interest seem to disappear the moment money isn't flowing freely — expensive dinners, trips, gifts — and reappear when it is.
He's also bewildered that the women who do seem to want to know him as a person, not his portfolio, tend to be a lot less interested in the penthouse and the cars than the ones chasing him. One woman he was seeing turned out to be maintaining two other "arrangements" with older men at the same time, and he was completely blindsided.

I would look at the Reolink cellular options. Pam tilt and zoom options. App works well and they have ai built in to recognize if it’s a person/car/animal/uknown. You have a host of options for notifications etc.

Yeah but Ian is a very experienced fighter and usually a very smart fighter. He already has 12 fights in the ufc and his last 8-9 haven’t been layups. I just think when he looks back he will have to question himself why he didn’t go for it when Islam looked winded and beat up.
Props to islam he is one of the greatest to ever do it without a doubt.

I know Garry was jovial after the fight for just being able to compete with Islam but I think k he will look back and regret being the fresher less beat up fighter at the end of the fight. I’ll never understand how you don’t leave it all out there in the 4th and especially the 5th.

Islam said he wants to fight until he gets the win streak to 20. So he has 3 more fights to do that.

Welterweight division overall is pretty underwhelming right now.

Tbh I think Ian is his toughest matchup to date. Anything can happen but I think Ian is a live dog in this one.

handle that shite yourself. buy your own test kit and dont go near the pool store.
expect at least around $300 a month plus cost of chemicals if someone else does it. I was spending 3-500 a month before I took mine over. my water has never looked better, the pool guy had my water all fricked up. I have never had a algae outbreak and keep my csi in perfect range using trouble free pool methods. The money I saved on the pool guy I invested in a swg and variable speed pump to make things easier for me.
ID go to trouble free pool forum and their wiki to read about what it takes to tend to a new plaster pool. I have read that ph can be an issue for about a year. My thought process is if I am going to spend 100k+ on a pool id rather take care of the water and make sure its right as opposed to fooling qith a guy thats only seeing it once a week for 30 minutes.
I would also read up on trouble free so that you can document the plaster process and take samples from the plaster when they are spraying. could save you alot of headache if you do run into issues. I would definitely do a little research so you can ask questions and document along the way.
