Grain is grain. It is grain in the US. It is grain in Europe.

The problem is you have to make a conscious effort to eat clean and it’s not easy and it’s expensive. Our entire food system is built around quick processed foods.

You have a good question. All I can offer is to read the book “Metabolical” by Dr Robert Lustig. He lays out in detail what has happened to our food chain. High level it’s the unholy alliance of the medical industry, pharmaceutical industry and the food industry. Throw in the US Government and money flowing from some very wealthy US corporate titans over the past 100 years and you get the toxic stew we have today. Dr Lustig is a guest on multiple podcasts on YouTube. Fascinating to listen to him describe what he has seen jn his 40+ years in the medical industry. Americans with their diet and propensity to think that all they need is a prescription from their doctor for all that ails them is just a horrible combination.

Way to miss the point.

As far as the bread is concerned, you can easily do an experiment at home and make bread from scratch with no additives or preservatives, but using American wheat. This will give you the answer to part of your question. I’ve heard people say American wheat is higher in gluten so our pastas feel heavier than in Italy. Next experiment would be to make same bread but with wheat from overseas.

Good idea. I’ll definitely do this as I am now obviously very interested in this issue.

Yup. When I'm strict on my carnivore diet it's amazing how much better I feel and how much clearer my head is. The industrialization of food has fricked up a lot of things. Yeah, I understand why it was done. That doesn't mean it's a good thing long term though.

My sister has something similar. For her it isn't gluten, it's American wheat.

Can you provide a link which shows compelling evidence that consuming these carries health risks? GMO corn and soybeans have been around almost 30 years. The life expectancy of Americans was steadily rising until the Plandemic.

It's not a conspiracy. But yes, it's not the right way our bodies want to eat.
They do it just fine in Europe.
Remove the chemicals, processed “vegetable” oils and reduce the sugar and *poof* we’d see a 25% reduction in obesity within a year.
Our government has been bought off and don’t care as long as they get their kickbacks while they teach us horribly misleading food pyramids and pay for poor people on food stamps to eat garbage resulting in the Medicare system having to treat their obesity symptoms until they die 20 years too early.

She's not allergic to gluten then.

I’ve also done carnivore diets recently and agree with you about the feel of it. Can we trust our meat here from the basic grocery store? I get being diligent to not buy the processed shite, but I simply can’t afford to spend more on meat than I already do. Prices are absurd.
I don’t know if this is true for all of Europe or not. But let’s say that it is, that they have better quality food. That is 750 million people. I’m tired of this excuse. It’s an excuse of how profitable our industrial industry is, not it’s absolute necessity. The baby doesn’t have to be thrown out with the bath water, but there has to be a handful of specific practices that are possible to change that would have drastic benefits. I want to learn specifically what these are

This is not actually my argument. My point with these it is allows complete saturation with pesticides whereas before you had to be more meticulous about how the pesticides were applied. Are we under the allusion that total saturation with glyphosate has no effect on the finished grain?

I mean, in what fricking world does a government who allegedly cares about health think this is a good idea?

I don't think the Amish bread looks like this.

I trust it more than something processed with 27 other ingredients other than actual food.
But yeah, I know what you mean. It's just me, so it's a lot easier than someone with a family. It just buy mine in bulk at Costco every 3-4 weeks. Even then, it's 300 bucks minimum for one person.

You sure the last 30 years is the stretch of time you want to focus on? Because I’ve got some pretty bad news for your argument…
Yes, US life expectancy has risen over the past 30 years. No, it has not risen at nearly the same rate as the rest of the world. We are unequivocally doing something worse than other countries. Whether or not it’s GMO’s is outside of my ability to answer. But at least at the pure data level, it’s pretty clear that our health has been drastically falling behind over the last 30 years. That GMO corn/soybeans started around the same time definitely doesn’t work as an argument in their favor.

if you eat like an adult, dont even really have to worry about these things.
my kids have severe nut allergies.....we feed them real food and amazingly we have no issues.
and if you are so worried about it, you can make your own products like bread, desserts etc at home.

might want to look and compare obesity rates while you are at it.
and almost everyone of those countries are 1 race.....not so much in the US.
