Those super low rates were an anomaly. The current rates are more normal historically.

I would need to hear more about the accident. Did the person jump out in front of her car? Did she hit him in a crosswalk? What happened?

I have a neighbor who feeds 12 deer daily, in a neighborhood.
My favorite was western Mediterranean. The down side is it ruins you for caribbean cruises.
