re: Is Arnold's Encyclopedia of Bodybuilding still relevant? - lsu777
Is Arnold's Encyclopedia of Bodybuilding still relevant? I think the discrepancy here is comparing the amount of juice they were on to modern day pro bodybuilders, of course compared to the guys these days(who are on ungodly amounts of anything and everything) the guys in the 70s weren’t o...

Well no shite. I wasn't trying to say they were natural, but they were not huge in comparison to today's standards and where not a shite ton of gear compared to today. Most were taking less than a gram a week and were only on half the year. But like I said before, no stress, tons of sleep, tons of...
think Bloomberg works harder than his pawns? No chance. Maybe he did back in the day, but after a certain point he doesn't need to keep getting richer. He could sit on his arse in his underwear all day eating Doritos and his business would be no worse off, and he would continue to make more i...

re: Is Arnold's Encyclopedia of Bodybuilding still relevant? - lsu777
There wasn't a ton of steroids back then. Very limited. Pretty much test, deca, primo and dbol was all they had and they ran lower doses than today. Hell even 90s people were running a quarter of what the guys run today. Dorian and Ronnie changed everything. They had crazy genetics and we're abl...

re: Has anyone on the board tried nugenix - lsu777
6mg morning and night is what I recommend. I wouldn't expect any sides but more slowly seeing your free test raise. Dante trudal has a product by "The Lab" called t-sterone that has it in it and some other items and he has a dozen or so examples of blood work showing it will raise free test slig...
Just curious how you know the dosage of test he was taking and that it was just a “little.” I’m not saying he wasn’t super dedicated at that time and those things absolutely contributed to his physique. However I think it’s pretty obvious he was on what a normal person would consider “massive...
It is good to remember Arnold was taking massive amounts of jamba juice when he was following those routines.
Actually no he wasn't, what he took would be considered beginner cycles now a days. Little test, good amount of primo during contest prep Small amounts of test and d...
Just encouraging people to research for themselves. I’ll limit future posts in this thread to greyskull.
Btw wasn't trying to be a dick, if it came off that away didn't mean for it to. I just don't want this thread to turn into what half the threads on this board have turned ...

re: Has anyone on the board tried nugenix - lsu777
That isn't totally true You can get your test into the top of the normal ranges using certain supplements. Nugenix is not it but daa and some others will get your total T higher. Boron will get your free test At the top of the range even slightly above. But overall you are correct....

re: How much body fat can I reasonably aim to cut per week? - lsu777
Until you get to 14-15% you should be able to lose a Max of around 1% per week without compromising muscle so long as protein is high enough. After that it will slow drop, though. ...

re: The Greyskull Methods- A Primer - lsu777
Yea you can go by the studies if you want, but there are other studies that contradict those. Do whatever you want as far as diet, but if you results or are tired of slow results well then go follow leangains macros. Ever think there may be a reason dante trudal is so good at putting muscle ...
Chiropractors are garbage. They offer a quick fix but never solve the underlying issue.
Not always, for many a simple adjustment and simply decompression of the spine is all that is needed.
Find a physical therapist that does dry needling. You'll thank me later.
...
