re: Kinobody Programs - anyone gotten good results? - lsu777
You are, push the sets to complete failure. Advance in reps or weights every session, stay consistent and you will be fine. But if you want more volume supplement with sub maximal sets of bodyweight movements through the day like pushups and chins. See my greyskull thread for further explanation...

re: Kinobody Programs - anyone gotten good results? - lsu777
The programs are great for a natural, just need to add some squats. You don't need to add anymore volume or frequency, stop with that dumb shite. Stick to the diet, stick to the program. Consistentcy is is the key. If bulking use Greek good or super hero. He is a douche though so here are all his...

re: How many of you baws regularly go to Gulf Shores? - lsu777
Sorry want saying it was bad or anything, I just get tired of people acting like Destin is the only place worth a shite. It is as crowded and as trashy as the others. I.e. not really trashy at all. ...

re: How many of you baws regularly go to Gulf Shores? - lsu777
Pcb is nice if you stay in the westside. Further in it is, more it sucks. Destin is more crowded than orange Beach I'm. Neither is trashy. I love GS but it's trashier that either and Pensacola is as bad or worse imo...

re: How many of you baws regularly go to Gulf Shores? - lsu777
It's only not trashy if you go to the expensive places in Colorado or northern Cali. Going to New Mexico is trashy according to many here. Still don't see how the beach or Disney is trashy. I get people not wanting to do the beach every year but some people do that and other trips and if tha...

re: How many of you baws regularly go to Gulf Shores? - lsu777
Oh I know, I find it comical that most that are saying those things are trashy, can't afford them or don't have kids. To do Disney, even cheap is gonna be 4 or 5 grand, not many people that are trash are doing that often. Week long condo at Gulf shores is gonna be a grand or more plus another ...

re: anyone who says money doesn't by happiness is a damn liar - lsu777
It doesn't buy happiness, it buys freedom which if used correctly can bring happiness. But happiness is a state of mind. Rich people can be miserable, but most poor people are going to be stressed over finance. It's all an individual thing. In general though money does allow you to buy thing...

re: The Greyskull Methods- A Primer - lsu777
Yea on the lp, if you have done the reset twice, switched to two different varients, then back to the main lift, reset twice, back to two variants then come back to the main lift for a third time and stall at the same place as before, time to move to rpt. For most that is 2-3 years of training. ...

re: The Greyskull Methods- A Primer - lsu777
Well 531 and gzcl are very similar They both use percentage based programming Both use a tiered system, they just call it something else Both are extremely flexible for any goal. Both can be high or low volume depending on how you set it up Now 531 has more varients making it a bit bette...
