ftr my kids have been on it since they were very young in varying doses. im talking 8 years old young.

so actually the younger you are the more you get from creatine from a brain development standpoint. older adults (60+) and younger pre-teen and teenagers benefit the most as their brains are developing or losing capacity(older adults)
from a performance benefit, there is not real age limit but 14 is about perfect time to take advantage of the ability to regenerate atp.
now the gummies....are shite. the BCAA are a waste of money too
get him on 10g creatine monohydrate in the form of creapure to make sure its the purest form out there. im saying 10g for the brain benefits, if you only care about the performance benefits, 5g is plenty to max that.
get him eating 200g protein a day from whole foods and weigh himself to make sure he is in a surplus. he should shoot for 1-15.lbs of weight gain per week. make him weigh firs thing in the morning after taking a piss.

its fine to think he might should be on the bench but the constant bashing of players by fat fricks who dont even go to the games and couldnt even play in HS needs to stop. Its a terrible look by the fan base and it not just baseball, its football too. but at least the football guys are legit getting paid. the baseball guys just getting paid enough to live and get by.

thanks, was able to see them listed as high follow. it was actually 2031 kid and the ranking flipped to being locked this week so knew something was up

sorry but St Landry parish sheriffs office does not have the authority to do something like that.
sure they can no give permits for public ones but if i want to go on a trial ride on my horse on private land there is not a god damn thing they can do about it
but that is not even how you stop this shite, you stop it with charging every one of those with attempted 2nd degree murder, handing out life in Angola and make it true hard labor and you blast that shite everywhere. All over the news, all over billboards etc
if they kill someone and are convicted, you expedite the appeals process and you publicly execute them
stop letting the 2-3% of violent people in this country out
the other thing you do is you start a propaganda campaign attacking the whole culture around this type of behavior. stop babying criminal behavior

well i didnt do anything while in so i usually say
"I appreciate that, but I didnt go anywhere or do anything while in service"
I also dont claim to be a veteran either. I kind of just put it behind me and understand it is part of what made me who I am today but I dont look at it as I need to be thanked or I did anything special.
i was just starting out then and I didnt find things bad in the Lake Charles area at all really. Built a house in 09 and overall I didnt notice much of a blip.
