Gen X is the most interesting generation

They:
1. Keep their heads down and work
2. Want to be left alone
3. Have mostly gotten screwed over by boomers holding out too long
4. They had some of the opportunities of boomers and many of the struggles of the younger generations
5. Lived half their lives without computers/internet and the other half with it
Gen X is this hybrid generation that seems to see things clearly and is frustrated with both ends of the generational spectrum but still keeps plugging along
I am starting to see that Gen X might be the silent glue holding this country together
If they backed out, it’s over
1. Keep their heads down and work
2. Want to be left alone
3. Have mostly gotten screwed over by boomers holding out too long
4. They had some of the opportunities of boomers and many of the struggles of the younger generations
5. Lived half their lives without computers/internet and the other half with it

The generation behind us is incessantly whining about the boomers.
We came after the boomers too. Everything was "better" before. Job security. Pay. Home prices. Pensions. How many of you have started a job where you didn't hear how great it was before?
So we could have dwelt on it. But instead we just accepted that things had changed and we had to do what we had to do.

I would think the majority of this site are Millennials. The OT may have more Gen X though.

This place used to be mostly Gen X, but the two tranny generations came in and fagged the place up.

To be fair to them, it is much more difficult to succeed and become wealthy in the modern America. Not impossible, but per capita, much harder.

The youngest Boomers are only 62..
Boomers are people born from 1946 to 1964.
Boomers born in 1964 have lived an entirely different economic reality than Boomers born in 1946.
It's the oldest Boomers and those born just before the Baby Boom that hit the lottery.

Gen X mistook cynicism for a virtue, abdicated any and all responsibility for anything that matters, and now nihilistically whines about everything going to shite. Speaking as an older Millennial, I would welcome them to stop bitching and take a seat at the fricking table

I think this board skews boomer. Day after day, there is one babe thread always on the first page. It's a 110 page thread just about old broads.
