gen X is aging rapidly and still think they're cool as they approach age 60
yalls time is soon nearing a very sudden end
watch out because my generation behind you is on our way to take it all

exactly
fricking Woodstock hippies are way different than the last cohort of 18-24 year olds to vote for a GOP president (Reagan) until Trump.

Your generation is aging just as fast.
You might want to learn more about the quantum when it comes to time.
Or
Maybe not.

Nice bitch fest in here. Wow, thanks, I'm all good now on parenting advice from generations of people who aren't parents or have been parents for five minutes. And let's not forget to mention the generations who are profound experts at running their mouths online but couldn't say the same shite to your face if they had a mouth full of it.

Doesn't exist unless we just parse every generation into like 6 years.

I try to be as nice as possible to the younger generations from a professional standpoint.

Almost everyone in charge of my company is GenX. We've got a few older millennials running a few things.

The only ones who claim this are millennials that want to be Gen X.
No one from Gen X claims to be “xennial,” ever.
I know someone born in 83 and he keeps saying he’s an 80s kid, last greatest generation, etc. Nope, and nope. He’s a 90s kid since he turned 7 in 1990 and loved his young formative years. I guess if you say something long enough hoping less informed people believe it.
ETA: Gen Xer checking in.

I was a SR in college in 1999. I guess I didn't get screwed.

My daughter is a GenZ, and right down the middle. We should think more about the world we are leaving to our kids.

I am in my late 20s. This place is 99% not Gen Z, all the dumb libs on OT are older lmao.

We had it better as Gen X than Boomers did.
Many adults of all generations are poisoning society and stunting youngest generations with all this pessimism. With a little perspective it is easy to see life used to be much more difficult and opportunities less available to the masses.

What is this gay shite? You're Gen X. I'm Gen X ('75) as well.

Mostly Boomers, some of the younger ones definitely have X parents but if they were born before 93, they're more likely to have a Boomer parent.
For what Millenials were handed in economic terms, they've done surprisingly well. They're definitely better with money than boomers. At the same age, they have more in retirement savings. Kind of telling given the great economy Boomers inherited but screwed up with their policies like MMT, free trade, and foreign intervention.

The oldest Gen X’ers are barely 20 years older than the youngest millenials

This may be true but one big difference is the previous generation was more than happy and willing to step aside and let the next take over. Boomers work past retirement just cause and sell their businesses over and over to private equity. frick the boomers.

I’m Gen X. Make a great living and have a wonderful life. The WW2 generation made that possible. Boomers hold the vast majority of wealth and power and have fricked it up beyond imagination.

My kids are Gen Z and drink water from the garden hose. They also know you let it run for a minute in the summer before taking a swig
