You know where we're at. My pessisim is legendary, and yet I still fell for him actually having a choice. He already submitted himself as tribute for a 96 month loan.

Looked at various SUV’s over the last 6 months. Went with the tremor expedition. Met the majority of my needs and wants. I actually like the interior and dash layout.

tbh - with only 3 kids, you could live with a Malibu

Yeah...no. Not doing a car. Need a family hauler.
Funny how this works. It wasn't that long ago that 1-3 kid families all had cars.
Now everyone needs a three row, $80k SUV to haul Broxtynn and Maverik the 6 miles to soccer practice.

The aversion to the minivan in the South is bizarre to me. It’s a complete vanity thing.
I went to school with some rich frickers and everyone basically had minivans

Minivan. Honda or Toyota. Buy used and drive it forever.
I bet you have a ton of debt.

It was a summer Friday in 2024 when I departed my house to acquire a new Ford Expedition Max.
Approximately 10 hours later I arrived home to my family in a new Honda Odyssey Touring.
With 25000 miles on it now we couldn't be happier, and it's paid off.

You will get more in the higher tier packages for less money with the Chevy or GMC Yukon which are basically the same.

Mama ain't going to be seen at the school dropoff line in a fricken minivan. And absolutely no Malibu car.

Blows my mind how much people care about what they drive

What say you? I've always wanted a Tahoe/Suburban but the engine issues they have scare me.
Engine ain't the issue with the Tahoe/Suburban it's the transmission which will go out after 125k miles but the good news is that they share that transmission with Ford so it is in the Expedition as well. I prefer the V8 in the Suburban which is why I have one and will be buying another next year when the note is done. (I'm keeping the old suburban then doing 6" lift, 35s and other fun stuff)

My wife's refusal to own a mini van pisses me off to the fricking extreme.

Suburban
GM puts more into their big SUVs
Ford puts more into their trucks
I work for GM if that helps
