Just returning from San Diego, where I came down with food poisoning from a bad burrito. It knocked me out. I missed the last day of the trip, but there was no way I could’ve handled a coast-to-coast flight. My body just shut down—my stomach was a mess, and I even had a headache.

The turning point came when I forced myself to leave the hotel for a walk. As I passed a few restaurants, the smell of food opened the floodgates, and I puked my guts out. It was disgusting and I got to taste that Mexican dinner all over again but it was a total game changer. After that, I finally started feeling better.

I’m on the mend now, but it’ll be a long while before I eat Mexican food again.

They’ve treated me really well on two different occasions in the past, and because of that they’re my auto insurer of choice. I’ve also shopped around a few times and their rates have always been very competitive. However their commercials with that ridiculous acting white guy make me consider switching.
Chevy Suburban was the easy choice for us. Pricey but love it.
I was about to tell a gay joke too, butt frick it.

I’ve had to go through this once before, and it hit me harder than I expected. Esp being in that room with them till the end. It’s tough. They become like part of the family.

Big prob when I lived in GA. LINK

Glad to see some of the scum get caught.
Yep! Two years ago, I mailed my GA tax return from Atlanta. Scumbags intercepted it via USPS (common issue there I found out later), used the tax return and check info to open a fake Truist account- jointly in my name- and transferred $180k ($90k x2) to another external Truist account. Caught it when the scum called me pretending to be from Truist. Insaine how close I was to losing a chit load of dough.
Do not trust USPS with your sensitive info or anything of value.
No offense but also no fan of hearing it coming from a stranger, esp one in the service indy. Just give me good service with a friendly smile and we good.

Agreed. Was there last year for work. Stadium area looked kinda nice and I did have one good barbecue meal but the city was in rough shape! Stayed downtown. Felt like I was staying in NO East. Would not go back.
Couldn’t agree more. I’ve got three- now all in college or just out- and one of the best things I ever did was take each on a father/daughter trip around age nine. We did the Caribbean since they loved the sun and water. Incredible memories, and a great way to rly connect before those pre-teen years hit… yea, buckle up for that part.
Add to that all the lazy, uncouth people who walk out of the bathroom after peeing—or worse, pooping—without washing their hands. ??
Not gonna believe this but the price I paid for CAT (still holding) was $32.33. Currently sitting at a 2,255.83% gain! My best pick ever by far!! Now, if only I went all in when I did..
I’ve considered both (plus lake house) over the last ~20 yrs. Ultimately settled on the beach.
Mountains are beautiful but i found they get boring, cold, and lonely.
Beach just delivers more of my liking, and I’ve sonce learned how to deal with the sand.

Big oil money

My daughter is on the UGA x country/track team and (obviously) runs in the area. This sent chills through my house. Truly heartbreaking what happened.
I was surprised how sketchy it is around campus. Good school but i def can’t recommend- unless you get a scholarship or something.
