Nowhere near campus is that cheap. I was checking Zillow the whole time we visited Arkansas and everything was 500k plus within walkable distance.

My buddy built a starter home 5 years ago and has been renting it out since his kids graduated. He’s crushing it and wanting to build another one. It’s about 10 minutes from campus

I’m surprised Arkansas doesn’t get more love. Took the kid for a visit and we feel in the love with the area. Beautiful state parks everywhere. Campus was awesome

I have an Ethernet port and yes I took it to Starbucks yesterday and still nothing

I’ve tried Ethernet and WiFi both don’t work.

We haven’t seen the worse. Always go up in summer and the experts have been saying when the straight closed we wouldn’t see the full effects for up to 90 days

Every sec application number went way up. Bama gets over 100k applicants a year

My cousins wedding 15 years ago the whole time in the grooms room his brother and best friend tried talking him out of it

He even admitted she’s a massive bitch and he’s not crazy in love but she’s a freak and wants sex every day and gives him 3-4 BJs a week.

He went ahead and married her and it lasted 10 years.

I thought I was tech savvy but I’m about to pull my hair out

Friday just as random as ever was scrolling online and all of a sudden got “cannot connect to the internet”

Did troubleshoot and it says cannot detect proxy settings. Same thing every browser. I’m direct connected via Ethernet fiber

Switched to WiFi same thing. Every other device in the house works.

I do use Google mesh around the house but they are working. I reset both it and router and same. I’ve tried every Google and GPT suggestion and still won’t connect.

Updated drivers. Toggled and messed with proxy settings. Reset modem 100 times. Im at a loss and dont know what could have happened to just switch on a dime like that?

Any advice? Worth calling AT&T? FYI it’s a HP 3 year old laptop. SSD 12 gig of ram works great no issues until now.
