Him shooting instead of focusing on getting out of the way is nuts and completely non-standard way to deal with the situation. And the video makes it look it he was shooting in retaliation instead of the intent stopping the car from running over him.

it was a huge campaign in Florida for that and just applying for tags they intended to throw in the trash.

I would expect and hope that the FWC will just raise the number of available tags next year and net the profits from everyone buying tag applications.

If you need 10 bears killed only 1 bear is killed, then next year sell 100 tags hoping 10 bears are killed.

Thats amazing. Unfortunately Ford doesn't have a history of being innovative or anything so don't expect them to implement something like this to try and help solve the mechanic shortage. They are much better off just complaining about the situation and hopefully getting some HB1's.

I'm guessing the 200k is the usual OT hyperbole of max overtime and getting 1099'd. Not a bad income, but not a great way to make a career over 40 years.
