No, but I don't absolutely hate it.

You know what I hate? Unloading trucks on a forklift getting clock watched and paid dogshit.

It's actually more fun to drive forklift than do accounting. But accounting does give you more satisfaction when you figure something out.

If you do something you actually like to do, you're lucky. It's called work. It isn't supposed to be fun. That doesn't mean it can't be, but the primary purpose is to replace hunting for food and providing safety for your family.

Not always, but the company who employs me now is a pleasure. The position is close to working retirement.

Last company (same job title) was a nightmare and am surprised I lasted 5 years before seeking employment elsewhere.

As a career path? It has had its ups and downs, but have enjoyed it overall. I have 4 1/2 years left until I am ready to ride out into the sunset.

I like it well enough. But if I hit that Power Ball, Imma disappear from my office in a puff of smoke like a ninja, and they'll never see me again.

I'm a physician and love my job.

I love talking with the patients and getting to know them. That what drew me into primary care. I initially wanted to be a surgeon, but then in med school I did a rotation in the primary care clinic and realized this was for me.

Yes, don't love it but I do like it. I also kinda have it made, so that is a huge plus for me.

Love my job. Oil and gas is fun. Commuting 2.5 hours a day, 4 times a week is not fun.

Eh. Sometimes.

Lots of lawyers don't make very much at all and still work a lot of hours.

Plenty of lawyers work a few hours a week and stack cash.

It's a broad spectrum.

I always thought I loved my job…until I retired about a year ago. Now I look back on it and realize how shitty the environment truly was, I didn’t mind the work, but about 25% of the folks frick it up for everyone else by creating negativity and constant drama.

A month after I retired my blood pressure had dropped 10 points consistently. There is no reason that you should have to jeopardize your health to earn a living.

I have the best job in the world. I work too many hours but it never feels like work. I have a toddler now and that has changed the way I love it because my job involves about 35-40% travel a year.

i absolutely love my job and it has provided an amazing life(civil engineer in Petrochem industry).

I think the only career I would have liked more is coaching. I love being a strength coach on the side and if money wasnt an issue my ideal job would have been High School or college baseball or football coach but at the time college coaching was a long long haul and didnt pay like it does today and HS coaching doesnt pay shite.

I work about 24 hours week and make 460k+ a year to call and recruit doctors to work at VAs. Whenever I don’t like it I check my YTD on ADP and I like it again.

Yeah, my job is pretty cool. I'll probably stay here the rest of my career. I've got roughly 17 years left unless I retire early.

I do. I like it a little less these days though. Got promoted to the top dog spot after my boss left bout year ago. I liked it better when i was number 2 in the department, gave me more flexibility and freedom on site.

Did 30 years in fire/ems. Wish I could say I loved it; many people do. I was good at it but didn't do me well mentally. I still say it was a bad career choice, but I do appreciate many aspects of it, glad I'm retired.

Been at it for 25+ yrs. Hopefully 13 more to go. Dont live it, but don't hate it either. I'm content with my income only bc I work OT.
