its no different than TRT. both are just replacements for naturally occurring hormones and if you take too much...there can be issues, not bad but slight issues

Totally agree.

i hate how yall demonize it. Its like demonizing creatine or protein powder or real TRT or even use of steroids

Thank you.

I get new patients all the time in clinic that I’ve never met before either. But I talk with them and get a history and then ask if they have any history of pancreatitis or multiple endocrine neoplasia type 2. We talk about all the possible GI side effects and then I prescribe it, it’s sent to their door, and then they take the medicine.

I do the same thing over a website where I have to see the patients and we talk about the same things.

I think this option is a much better way than the other online deals. But I don’t know much about the other sites.

That I prescribe this medicine?

Or that I’ve helped out a couple from the board?

I've seen first hand what they can do. I have taken them as well.

The drug reps actually haven't been by in some time. I need to call them to bring us some breakfast.

I do think the GLP-1s are great medicines and they do work. But we have had this argument time and time again.
Ask your doctor about starting it for the nerve pain. It will help. Starts at 10mg a day.

Do you take Elavil?
Hell of speech!

I'm ready for next season!
The shingles vaccine is a safe vaccine.

Recent studies have shown that it may not prevent the actual rash associated with shingles, but it will prevent the post-herpatic neuralgia, nerve pain, that is associated with the rash.

As I said earlier, that would involve more money than I want to spend. $300/hour minimum here in Orlando and who knows if they'll try to charge more with it being a busy holiday weekend.

Get on tinder and get to swiping. Much cheaper.

I like the Velo brand ones. They just came out with 9mgs.

I find the pouch is different with these 9mgs as compared to their 7s. I like the citrus ones the best.

I borrowed some dumbbells from my gym today and bought some kettelbells over the weekend. Hoping to maybe create some little circuits or something in my back yard. Time to get creative

Doc recommended for my toenail issue but, having to do liver tests and the issues I’ve read online caused some hesitation. Anyone with experience would be appreciated.

Perfectly safe.

Now if you have cirrhosis or other chronic liver disease, I would be hesitant, but otherwise you are good.

I just sent in Terbinafine 250mg for 8 weeks for her case of Mocasin type tinea pedis.

Has anyone done strength on the go?

My wife should be having our next baby any day now and I'm trying to figure out if this one is worth purchasing to do around the house for the next few weeks.

It was moved to its present location in the year 326.

It is called the Sancta Santorum. We went to Rome for our honeymoon and just happened to stumble on this place while out exploring one day. Incredible.
