Jaxon Milam is the shortstop for Nicholls.

My bad

I have been watching sparingly while at work and just heard his name for the first time.

If you are experiencing as much sexual dysfunction as you post about, you may want to go talk to a doctor in person not over an internet forum.

These are ok numbers to get introduced to the form and how to do it. Now drop the reps and increase the weight.

Hell yeah that’s badass. I’m hoping my shoulder can hold up through this whole thing.

I was worried about an old shoulder injury too. Which was why my max was so low. I told myself I would stop at the first sign of any pain, and I was able to finish the whole month.

I see the plan is being written by PPSA this time. Last year it was written by someone else. I hope they don't mess with the style much because last years was perfect.

I loved this last year! Went from 245 to 315
LMNT is my favorite as well, but damn they are pricey for not many packets.

It was bench MWF with legs mixed in. But Tues/Thurs was back and always had a bunch of pull-ups.

I agree with an Alaskan Cruise.

You can customize the excursions and tailor them for the kids.

I just restarted 70s Big. I forgot how long and intense leg days are.

re: How to know if I have shin splints?

If you can put a quarter on the spot then it’s probably a shin splint. I had them when I was in my 20s when I’d run too much. No biggie just gotta rest and gradually work back up.

This is generally untrue.

If you have more of "point tenderness" on your shin, I would be more worried about a anterior tibial stress fracture.

Shin splints on the other hand typically occur along a greater course of the anterior tibia. I normally start pressing along the tibia and just work my way up. I normally also get an XR just to make sure there isn't a "dreaded black line" which means stress fracture.

To the OP, I would say its likely shin splints, but could also be from your new shoes.

I have Burrow/Purdy in two leagues. I am also leaning towards Purdy after Burrows goose egg last week.

its no different than TRT. both are just replacements for naturally occurring hormones and if you take too much...there can be issues, not bad but slight issues

Totally agree.

I get new patients all the time in clinic that I’ve never met before either. But I talk with them and get a history and then ask if they have any history of pancreatitis or multiple endocrine neoplasia type 2. We talk about all the possible GI side effects and then I prescribe it, it’s sent to their door, and then they take the medicine.

I do the same thing over a website where I have to see the patients and we talk about the same things.

I think this option is a much better way than the other online deals. But I don’t know much about the other sites.

That I prescribe this medicine?

Or that I’ve helped out a couple from the board?
