I was a student at LSU at the same time Lloyd. He would wear a Patrick Peterson jersey under his shirt literally at all times in case he ran into him so he could get it signed. Dude was weird. Dedicated. But weird.

I live in Texas.
Funny you mention lack of impulse control. For my tattoos I onto get them if I still want them a year after I first think of them.
