Was in Birmingham recently and felt the same way. Friends said “there’s only one job he would leave ole miss for.” Kept saying he had the perfect set up at ole miss with low expectations and how he would be a fool to leave that place. But it was obvious that they felt he would eventually end up at Bama.

Can’t expect to have success in this league with only a low 90s fastball and a changeup. Gotta have a 3rd pitch to keep ‘em guessing.

I see them every now and then at Bear Branch Reservoir not too far from there. Even saw one with a bass in its mouth while I was getting skunked on the water.
