You are making this up. Or, you simply don't understand the definition of "FACT". It is NO FACT that 99 out of 100 people would say eating PB&J is a greater sacrifice than eating from a burger joint. That's literally a number you pulled out of space. Not a fact.
I would venture to guess more that 2 people would agree, a freshly made PB&J on soft bunny bread, with chips and ice cold milk is a MUCH BETTER option than a hamburger from McDonald's.
If you're going to state things as fact, is it too much to ask that they actually be FACT?

Yes.
If I’m going to hell, it won’t be because I had a steak instead of seafood.

I abstain on Friday’s during lent out of tradition, not fear of going to hell.
Hmmm... soft shell crabs or a nice vegetarian curry?

Unfortunatly, many Catholics dont really understand the season of Lent. Plain and simple. And those who criticize Catholics about if they eat a fried seafood platter on Fridays, in my opinion, dont quite get it either. Lent is about preparing yourself for Easter and cleansing your soul to prepare for Jesus. What you sacrifice isnt supposed to be a diet or something thats easy to give up but something that will make you a better person and closer to JC. Alot of people over look that, Catholics and non Catholics alike.
Its true that Fridays meals are meant to be a sacrifice, but you have to realize that we are spoiled in south LA. Do you really think the Catholic Church is catering to us specificly on that rule? I went to lunch today with some co workers and the only things on the menu (rotates every day) was locally caught seafood. Sue me for that. But do you think Catholics in Iowa get that privilege? We are simply spoiled. A simple PBJ would be a great option compared to what you would normally have on a Friday in my opinion but who am I to judge if someone has that or fried catfish. Those people who give up meat on Fridays are at least thinking about why they are abstaining from meat regardless if they dont go to mass every Sunday. It might not be the biggest thing in the world but its something.
Im not the most devout Catholic (Catholic school K-College) and I cant say that I follow every rule in the book but that is what it is supposed to be.

It's not. You are supposed to attend mass every Sunday and on Holy Days of Obligation, but the church teaches that you are only required to take Eucharist once a year, and that is during the Easter Season. Those are two of the five precepts of the church.
One of the other ones is observing the days of abstinence and fasting set by the church, including the Fridays of Lent.

I missed the part where I said this. You are embellishing what I said to fit your narrative, but that's ok because I see it for what it is.
Lets play it the other way so I can illustrate your spin.
A fresh grilled Kobe beef 1/2 pound hamburger with bacon, cheese, and grilled onions is MUCH better than a homemade pb&J made using the ends of a loaf of stale bread with no chips and water to drink.
You see what I did there? Seem familiar? Either way you spin it, still misses the entire point of my post.
PB&J over Hamburger, regardless of quality, is the better choice for a Catholic who is not eating meat due to Lenten sacrifice.

Thank you for your sacrifice.

Interesting.
So you stand by this statement:
You honestly believe what you stated is a fact?

This is the best time of the year for non-catholics in Louisiana. You can get into any steak house on a Friday night with no wait.

I was raised Catholic, made my confirmation, the whole 9 yards, and I have eaten whatever I wanted on Fridays for years. I gave up on stupid shite like giving up meat. I'll eat a steak while everyone orders cod burgers at McDonald's.

Yes. I'm also not catholic.
