I went to trade school for Civil Engineering with a major in land surveying. Unless you are a PLS there's no money in it. I land surveyed for 4 years and went offshore surveying. Neither one pays very well. I got out of it.

No. A division champ should never be guaranteed a spot. In 2010, Seattle, a 7-9 team, made the playoffs over the giants and Bucs. 2 10 win teams. That should not happen ever. They beat us in the playoffs with Beastmode.
