Yes. I look at land out there all the time since I visited Big Bend National Park. But I have people that rely on me at the moment so I can’t make that happen. Also I’d start to miss water so I’d have to budget a few really nice fishing trips per year.

Please do not do this on a new truck. It’s terrible for your paint, if that’s something you care about. It’s up there with using bug spray for foggy headlights. Do it right and you’ll get better results.

Are they already splattered on the truck? If so, wash and remove bugs immediately. Follow up with a clay bar, then use a good sealent or ceramic based wax. Adding another sacrificial layer of wax on top will make future bug removal even easier. I’d use a carnuba wax for the second layer (it will only last a few weeks so reapplying may be necessary.)

It took Montgomery county 8 months to process my homestead exemption. I had to pay full tax and wait for them to process my exemption and send me a check. It has to be processed by the Appraisal office then approved and sent to the Tax Assessor office and it’s SLOW!

I’ve had two. Current one is a 2023 and I beat the shite out of them. They are base model company cars but haven’t spent a second in the shop. Disclaimer, we swap out of them around 75K miles.
