We'll say damn that sucks, we spent a lot of money on that roster. You better do more next year.
War of Southern Independence
It can obviously happen, but these circumstances you've listed are extremely rare. A typical lease is 12 months long and has verbiage to automatically increase rent every renewal. Overhead costs increase every year, long-term leases are terrible decisions and I haven't seen or heard of one of those in years. It is much easier to just wait out a lease than to try and illegally evict someone. A landlord is not concerned over a few hundred dollars a month when they have steady rent coming in. We always hear about the evil "a-hole landlords", but i can assure you, the POS tenant is the vast majority of all renting related problems.
Yea, that really is what it boils down to. "The merit system is unfair to underachievers". Well, yea, i guess it kinda is. Especially those that are born with some sort of handicap. But, we also cant lower standards across the board to reward everyone. More harm is done to the country in the long run when nothing is achieved. Everyone can't have a yacht in the Mediterranean. You can make a fortune in this country if you actually try. You should at least strive to make a better life for your children than you had. Most unhappy liberals i see come from decent middle class families, they got good grades in school and went to college, then things weren't handed to them, because they got a stupid major, or they watch tv and smoke weed every weekend. And they won't live in a house less nice than their parents house. So it's obviously the government's fault that they are no longer special and are "unsuccessful".
A landlord would never kick out a cleanly, respectable, rent-paying tenant.
Yea, a loss would suck for us, but we'll move on and continue to get better. A loss for them would be devastating and i don't think they will handle it well at all.

Do they pay you $30? Or do you pay them?
It's an awesome world class city with endless opportunity, if you can afford it.
You can drive there from Laplace/Norco area. Access/Service road along the levees.
If ur talking about that big metal roof house, it's a hunting/fishing camp. Owned by a group of guys. Prob got wrekt in Hurricane Ida, but looks like they have rebuilt.
The restaurant business is terribly difficult to succeed in these days. Even in large cities, restaurants have a very short lifespan. The cost of overhead has significantly exceeded the cost of food, so it has become very obvious that you are not getting good value for your money. Alcohol sales also used to pad the bottom line, but people are drinking significantly less now.
If you can capitalize on the economic opportunity Texas has to offer, then yes. If not, you can probably easier afford a better lifestyle in Louisiana.
And looks like she started behaving after looking at potential consequences.

Yea, the rest of the country doesn't remotely understand the problems we have to deal with. And all of the "stats" that make the south look bad, are heavily skewed by the black data.
Yea, what a terrible idea. They'd be better off building a wall.

No, that location sucks and the place will go out of business in less than 24 months.
