I think he just didnt have a paul skenes and ty floyd or kade anderson and anthony eyanson. All 4 of those guys were legit studs and skenes and anderson were 1st and 3rd overall picks. We just didn't have the pitchers this year, it happens.
Yea, i get the push for trades and all that. But these big CEOs are so far out of touch. They have really never tried to communicate via email with someone from a dumb state that never went to college. Some of these estimates i get from trade workers looks like something a 6th grader would write. And that's just for residential work. You want some of these guys bidding large commercial projects? It's just not as simple as they think it is, because everyone they interact with is tier 1 college educated.
depends what color skin or political affiliation his jury has
Yea, manual labor at 68 yrs old, working on a construction site away from family. For about 350k pre tax dollars. No thanks. I'll work a desk job and invest.
Yea, it will sell for much lower than listed. And with the other structure it's essentially a 4 bd 3.5 ba with a pool.
Nice views of chemical plants
I don't think it will come due. The global economy will come to a stop before ours does. Fewer and fewer people are working for large corporations. Dual income households provide more of a cushion. Predatory ARM loans are relatively uncommon now. I just don't see people struggling like they would have in the past. They will stop getting door dash and manicures. They will cancel their car insurance. There is so much food around, homeless people will throw it away if you try to give it to them.
How is our economy a house of cards? It's the strongest economy in the world and extremely diverse. Americans are generally innovative and hard working. Ultra wealth is definitely getting hoarded at the top, but there is plnty to go around for people with even generous expectation. Even the poor people here have air conditioning, internet access, cell phone, and disposable cash for junk food and hair products. What more do they need?
I really don't see how AI is going to actually replace much. AI cant replace an AC system in a 75 year old house. Most of these tech companies boil down to advertising revenue or selling some sort of software or electronic device. Like very cool, apple is an advanced technology company, but at the end of the day, they sell computers and cell phones. Construction projects will never be replaced with AI. Lawyers and Finance positions will obviously be replaced, but they do not contribute much to actual society. The medical field, people want to talk to a human. AI can assist with diagnostics and running tests, but they are already doing that. Most of the jobs in our economy are just made up bs jobs. UBI will be nothing more than a tax refund. People who don't work will still be living in squalor.
55-70k for a director position with 15 YOE and a masters degree. Yeesh. Prob only gonna get an H1B to do that.
We have the same debate in my household. Women are exploiting the return policies which just makes things more expensive for everyone else.
We are just having a bad year. It happens to everyone. I'll take 3 bad years after a natty.
Yea, they are a failed welfare state. Funded by the oil provinces they try to dismantle and American businesses they hate.

Not even close to being drunk. BAC may even register as 0.0
