I get golfers elbow. What's helped me a ton is using a wrist roller. I do sets in between my main sets at the gym

I’ve heard some people having amazing success with this. I don’t know much about it other than a friend that runs marathons insist I give it a try for my Achilles tendon. It might be worth considering.

I had it for nearly an entire year, it takes a long time if you have a bad case. Only thing that worked is the eccentric exercises.

My orthopedic tried telling me that I had tennis elbow one time. It turned out to be a torn tendon which required surgery. I found out after demanding an MRI after 2 months of pain even with a cortisone shot.

Oh but he was so sure that it was tennis elbow because he sees it everyday!

If steroid injection hadn't worked for me, then I would have tried platelet injection...

The injection I had worked initially so well that I declared myself cured. Unfortunately, I jumped right back into the activity that caused it way too fast. Looking back, I wish I had taken a lengthy break.

After trying PT that didn’t solve it, I got a PRP injection and haven’t had an issue since.

Yes...BPC-157 & TB-500 will knock this out.

Three days of just the BPC-157 took care of frozen shoulder...never needed the TB-500.

Do you pronounce it "tenny" elbow?

Following closely. I’ve recently been diagnosed with it and don’t play tennis either. Can’t even lift a coffee cup with my right arm.

I had tennis elbow a couple of years ago and bought this on Amazon

It's about $80 but it worked, mine went away after about a month and a half. No issues since.

I just bought some new wraps that are supposed to be a lifesaver. They are not a cure, but are supposed to help. If they work, I’ll post about them.

Someone else mentioned the Wolverine stack. It works. BPC-157 and TB500.
