Had it bad. Nothing helped. Smoked one joint, and it never hurt again.

Yes...BPC-157 & TB-500 will knock this out.
Is this applied/Injected directly into the problem area?

Injecting in the elbow region can be painful, even with the 31g syringe used for peptides

Where did you get yours? There’s so many places I wouldn’t know where to sort out the fake stuff

BP 157 and foreman exercises are all that worked for me after moving furniture for 2 days… lasted 45 days til I tried these remedies

Stop playing with it for a while
Yep, only thing that really works. The braces/bands and playing through it with anti-inflammatories only delays it healing

I had an elbow problem from doing some blacksmithing work. (uncoiling large springs)
I was given a strap and my wife ordered another for me. A doctor gave me Diclofenac sodium topical gel which is some nasty stuff, but helped.
I kept using, but not abusing the elbow. Mostly stretching and light use.
Good luck, I remember that pain.

I got Tennis Elbow years ago moving a large piece of tempered glass up a stairwell to the third floor of a new office building because it wouldn't fit in the elevator. I believe it took five of us to do it. Sucker was heavy.
Got tired of the constant nagging pain and the absolutely excruciating pain when I would go to shake someone's hand.
A cortisone shot from a needle the size of a knitting needle did the trick. That was thirty years ago.
Last year developed a pain and burning rash in the other elbow and it turned out to be Bursitis. A few days of an anti-inflammatory took care of it.

Tenotomy. Tennis elbow is a chronic/degenerative process in most people as opposed to a true tendinitis. The body just never mounts a good healing response. Tenotomy under ultrasound guidance induces a new injury to stimulate bleeding and a more robust healing response from the body, like a poor man’s PRP. Give it a try if nothing else has worked.

Give that arm a rest and yank your crank with your other hand.

Tylenol for two weeks as suggested by doctor.
Take it even if not hurting.

I had tennis elbow for 6 months...it was terrible...did all the recommended things (wrist guard at night, forearm strap when lifting things, stretches, voltaren gel, etc...nothing worked...finally got the steroid injection right in the tendon tear six weeks ago and haven't had any issues since...

I can't straighten out my right arm due to weed eater elbow. A few Dr's have said there's nothing they can do.

I had it for over a year. Stretches helped more than anything. I would do them every hour while working

Mine has been going on for a while. Tried PT, injection(thought I was cured) and exercises. Nothing has yet worked. I just started BPC-157 this morning.

Oh, and of the many straps I've used, the one below has been the best by far:
