I've been dealing with this since about January. Activity hurts, hurts when I wake up I guess because of sleeping position, sudden movements, like a twitch can hurt like hell. I might be crazy but I feel like my pain moved to different parts of my elbow. Started on the point of my elbow and then current now my lower bicep area. Tried all the aint inflammatory meds, ice, stretching suggestions and havent had any luck.

I went to the doctor and he confirmed it’s lateral epicondylitis or “tennis elbow” (I don’t play tennis).

Samsie's!

Have it in both elbows, would appreciate solid info on pain reduction.

(quite painful)

Going on two years dealing with it and the job requires heavy usage daily. At this point I do not think it will ever heal

I had tennis elbow really bad two years ago. Nothing would help it. I started looking for anything to help.... I finally tried BPC 157. It totally fixed it within about 3 weeks. I injected it right where it hurt.

It was so bad before the BPC 157 I couldn't even drink using my right arm.

Where did you get yours?

Evolution Peptides. But it comes in solid form so you need to order a reconstitution solution from amazon to make it liquid form. Youtube videos can show you how to reconstitute it.

random question... what are the symptoms you are having? And what do you think has caused it?

You might have bursitis.
Mine started as a pain in my left arm similar to Tennis Elbow- I'm right handed.
The pain then started migrating to the top of the forearm, swelled and turned into a red rash. Hurt like hell.
I knew something wasn't right so I went to urgent care and got the bursitis diagnosis.

You can't just stretch. You have to do therapy exercises, every day if you can. This promotes blood flow to the area which promotes healing.

I used one of those massage guns to fix golfers elbow. It hurt like a mofo at first but felt better after. Took a few days. Youtubes on it.

1. What kind of physician did you go to?
2. I’ve had tennis elbow a couple of times and I don’t hesitate for an injection. It’s the only that has ever worked for me.

Not outside the box really, but have you tried Airrosti. They have worked wonders on a few things for me:

PRP. Amazing. Could not lift a can without pain. PT and injections before PRP with little results. Was on the verge of having surgery and then tried PRP. Complete relief within a couple days. That was probably five years ago.
