To be fair to Jack, he’s got good stuff, his problem has been walks. If he gets that cleaned up then he’s a pretty solid arm at the backend of the rotation. We got good Jack today.

The bullpen has actually been very good lately, idk where that talking point came from. We did blow a late lead again, but the bullpen ERA was 1st in the AL over the last month +. The team just finds ways to lose and it’s not all on the bullpen. I guess that’s Hinch ball as you say. He’s incredibly annoying as a manager. Constantly pinch hitting for our best hitters for shitty hitters because if “analytics”.

That was Kerry Bonds aka Kerry Carpenter. A pretty important tiger over the years. Can’t believe we lost that game.. I’ve never seen a team blow so many leads in the last 2 innings, it should be studied. That’s gotta be like the 20th time this year.

I miss the old days of “simple” job searches. Was looking for a new job recently and found a great one thankfully, but one of the companies I was interviewing for I did 4 interviews and a phone call + a skills and personality test and they ghosted me after the 4th and final round interviews.

Apparently this is common now, it’s kinda nuts. Either I have a job or I’m looking for a job. I don’t have unlimited time to waste over 2 months to interview with you 7 times for you to then ghost me.

It’s hard out there for everyone.

For me it’s Russel Shepard, Leonard Fournette, and Freak Johnson with Lenny getting the nod. Recruiting has changed and I don’t think anyone will ever come close to the hype LF got coming in, it was way different in that era.

I’m a huge LSU fan who is also a huge Detroit Tigers fan. I am biased to both Skenes and Skubal. Skenes is better. It’s closer to a 1A 1B situation, but my money is on Skenes having watched both of them a ton. Skubal is him too tho, Detroit is missing him and El Mago really badly right now.
