Matt Leinart.

Fewer career touchdown passes than JaMarcus.

No one ever acts like Johnny Football was a huge bust for some reason. He left the league and was pretty much never mentioned again.

Clyde Duncan-wide receiver from Tennessee, first round pick by the Cardinals, had a career total of four receptions.

Ahmad Carroll. Guy drew so many PI/illegal contact flags that he had to practice with boxing gloves. I'm sure the Packers had worse starters but this guy has a certain level of infamy. If you heard his name during a game you knew the Packers had just given up an automatic 1st down. I even remember his fricking number (28) because of how often the refs flagged him.

Not nearly to the degree of some headliners like Trent Richardson, Russell, leaf, etc.

The Lions somehow did it twice with Charles Rogers and Mike Williams

I bet a lot of busts could've been good had they been drafted to good organizations/teams/coaches.

Have always wondered what Matt Jones could have been in a modern college football offense.

Jags took him and Reggie Williams in the first round in back to back years and missed badly on both. No one remembers that because it was at the same time the Lions took Charles Rogers, Roy Williams, and Mike Williams in consecutive years.

Threads like these always get people mentioning the ones that are always talked about

David Klingler isn’t mentioned nearly enough when discussing QB busts. That hall centers around Jamarcus, Leaf, Akili, and Heath Shuler…but Klingler was a 6th overall pick and quickly lost his job to Jeff Blake, a 6th ROUND pick the same year as Klingler.

That wasn’t OP’s question. It’s never get mentioned. Half the guys in the thread get mentioned a decent amount

Tyson Jackson and Dee Milliner are better answers
