They should give the live action SW stuff a break for a while. They had a few hits but more misses and overall just too much SW material being pumped out. People are tired of it.

But they’ll probably keeping pumping out more of it hoping the SW craze will hit again

Now do obesity levels.

After peaking at a record high of 39.9% in 2022, the U.S. adult obesity rate has gradually declined to 37.0% in 2025.

Of course it’s due to the GLPs but yes that’s going down too

They never charged him. The DA wants to review evidence first before making a decision

According to his lawyer he wasn’t charged yet. The cops arrested him (turned himself in) but the DA’s office wants to gather more evidence and determine whether they want to charge him or not.

Could be they want to put together a more solid case because they assume he’ll have a good legal team

Or he didn’t do a lot or any of what he’s been accused of

Or I don’t know. We’ll see

Yes. The world would be a much better and safer place if Iran had nuclear weapons.

And the US hasn’t actually stopped them from getting that in the future. IRGC still in power. Their new supreme leader still saying Death to America is their slogan.

Last year we were guaranteed their nuclear capabilities were destroyed. Instead now Trump is trying to negotiate with their still in power terrorist funding regime even when it’s clear they don’t want to give up anything.

So basically gas prices up for nothing. It would be one thing if prices were up while Iran’s nuclear capabilities and IRGC were truly destroyed. But that’s not what happened.
His father doesn’t get enough credit for building up that impressive army to hand over to his son in the first place

It’s a high fantasy story that requires you to have read all of the books to even have the slightest understanding of what’s going in on. If you have never even touched the books, it’s super hard to follow.

Nah

I never read any of the books (did read the Hobbit but that was later). Did I understand every detail and reference? No. But you don’t really need to and so I was still able to follow the main plot lines and find it entertaining

The reason the trilogy gets lots of praise is not just because people like how the movies portrayed it, it’s also because it was massive undertaking to be able to adapt such an intricate and massive story and world. They clearly put a ton of effort into it and most feel like it paid off and wasn’t sloppy by any means

Also why does seemingly everything got to be “most overrated…of ALL TIME”? What happened to just being overrated? Sounds like sports talk which is mostly just that

How many players drafted were FCS transfers?

12
Meanwhile the G5 over here with 13 total picks. Just 9 more compared to the FCS. There’s no way there won’t be a further splitting of the FBS into 2 divisions sometime in the future. Thanks to NIL and unlimited transfers, the talent disparity continues to increase

You’ll probably have some top G5 teams like James Madison leaving to join the new FBS and everyone else gets left behind

Africa strikes me as one of the least populated continents on the planet

It has 1.5B people which is the 2nd highest after Asia. The population is also growing at a faster rate compared to most other continents. However, it’s middle of the pack in terms of population density
Also forgot the Rams brought in Kliff Kingsbury. He’s not a good HC but he knows QBs. The list of notable QBs he’s coached is pretty crazy. The list includes Mahomes and Mayfield at TT, Manziel at A&M, Caleb Williams at USC, Kyler Murray at OU, and Jayden Daniels as a rookie. Of course he didn’t solely develop all of them, but he knows how to design an offense around them.

Playing for one of the more competent teams in the league, sitting on the bench behind the reigning MVP, having a top 3 offensive mind as HC (even if he might not be 100% happy), and having the QB whisper as consultant is the best thing Ty could ask for

When you get into the later rounds it’s all a crap shoot. It’s hard to tell who’s good or not. The vast majority of these guys will be out of the league in 1-3 years

I have no idea how he's still available

I wish it would, but I can’t see the sport growing too much more in Europe. There’s a limit to it. I think it’ll always be a niche sport over there

Yeah it takes very little effort to look up the violent crime rates of the city. Rates that are near top of the nation year after year. That’s sad and scary

Both Brailsford and Jefferson to the Browns
I wouldn’t put Tomlinson in that group. He is a full time starter for going on 9 years now. Square and Hand are/were rotational guys.

I can see Overton being like Tomlinson tho

I’m guessing he’ll be paying for all the maintenance too and there’ll be lots of that with those SUVs

I do feel like there’s been more athletes that are trying to budget, but still too many are stupid and/or get pressured by everyone around them

re: Still a lot of Bama players waiting

He’ll probably go undrafted as will a lot of these guys. Though it’s hard to predict once you get past round 3.

Outside of Overton, Brailsford, Jefferson, Cuevas, and maybe Lawson the rest of those guys were mediocre to bad last year. Brailsford and Jefferson are undersized. Lawson isn’t super athletic. Cuevas had a small sample size. Overton is the only guy that’s a little surprising he hasn’t gone yet

re: Germie to the Steelers!

Posted by 1BamaRTR on 4/24/26 at 7:18 pm to
Kind of wish he hadn’t gone to the Steelers at first because they’ve had mediocre passing offense for years but forgot Tomlin is gone so maybe that’ll change (McCarthy isn’t exciting but his offenses are usually good). And the Steelers have no true WR no.2 to line up alongside Metcalf. So he should get a decent amount of targets

He’s basically a super soldier version of a viltrumite. He was designed and trained to be that way

The whole abortion decision was kind of controversial in the comics too. I just summed it up to her being depressed and having no one to turn to so she decided to abort. And the kid would’ve been essentially fully human for the first few years at least of their life. But as you see with Oliver, the Viltrumite genes eventually completely take over to the point they’re fully Viltrumite
